Boarding

Boarding starts 40 minutes before departure. If the passenger is late for boarding, he/she is denied the flight.

After check-in, listen to the announcement (or look the airport timetable) about boarding. You should then go to the gate indicated in your boarding pass or in airport timetable.

The airline company may deny carriage of the passenger who:

• refuses to agree with carrier rules, instructions, and regulations;
• is dangerous or may harm other passengers or their property;
• is intoxicated by drugs or alcohol;
• breaks the rules of flight.
