Visa information

To add visa information to a paid booking, please:

1. Log into "My account" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Add visa information".
2. Enter visa details of each passenger in the corresponding fields. If you want to add some additional information to your request, write it in the "Comment" field.
3. Click on "Send request ".

The request will be processed within 72 hours and the data will be added to the system. You will be informed of the completed processing via email.
