Payment to our site and to the airline company: what's the difference?

Choice of billing currency. During payment to our site, you may choose the currency depending on your bank card. When you are making payment to the airline company, the currency may be changed by the airline and not correspond to the displayed one. Therefore, the final amount of charge may be higher due to the difference in exchange rates.

Time of billing. When you make payment to site, you are charged on the same day. When you make payment to the airline company, you are charged within 2–30 days.

Exchange rate. When you make payment to site, the currency is converted at the exchange rate of the date of puchase. When you make payment to the airline company, the currency is converted at the exchange rate of the billing date. Therefore, the ticket price may vary from the original due to the difference in exchange rates.

Refund. If you made payment to site, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days. If you made payment to the airline company, the amount will be refunded within 60 business days.

Number of transactions. When you make payment to site, the whole booking price is charged with a single transaction. When you make payment to the airline company, you will be charged for each ticket separately: the number of transactions and SMS notifications is equal to the number of tickets booked.

Saved booking. When you make payment to site, you may hold on the payment if there are insufficient funds on your account. The selected ticket will be reserved. When you make payment to the airline company, the booking will be canceled, and the ticket will be back on sale.

Option to change card. When you make payment to site, you may change the card during booking if there are insufficient funds on the first one. When you make payment to the airline company, there is no such an option: the booking will be cancelled, and the ticket will be back on sale.

Surcharge. When you make payment to site, you can make a surcharge if there are insufficient funds on your card. When you make payment to the airline company, there is no such an option: the booking will be canceled, and the ticket will be back on sale.

Transfer of funds to another booking. When you make payment to site, you may use the funds for another booking if it is impossible to make changes in the booked, but not issued ticket. So you will create another booking and pay for it. When you make payment to the airline company, there is no such an option: you will have to make another booking and wait for the refund according to the fare rules.

Reports and documents. When you make payment to site, you may get all the necessary documents for your travel report. When you make payment to the airline company, there is no such an option.

Payment draft for wire transfer. When you make payment to site, you may get a payment bill and pay for the booking at a bank office. When you make payment to the airline company, there is no such an option.
