How refund is made?

To make a refund, you need to apply for refund in "My Account" by filling the application fields and attaching the required documents.

If you paid for the flight ticket with a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card.

• If you paid for the booking to our site, the funds will be returned within 5–10 business days after refund application.
• If you made a direct payment to the airline company, the money will be returned to your card within 10–60 business days after refund application. The decision about refund is taken exclusively by the airline company.

Please note that the processing of refund which must be approved by the airline company requires more time. A request consideration and refund may take up to three months.
