Most airlines allow transporting only cats and dogs. Depending on its
size, the container with the animal may be transported either in cabin
or in the hold of the aircraft.
If you plan a flight with your
pet, please inform our Customer Support Team after booking but before
payment. We will contact the airline company and make sure it is
possible.
During check-in and customs control, please be ready to
show all the veterinary certification required by the laws of the
departure, transit, and destination countries. In order to get the list
of the required documents, please contact the consulate of the country.
The
guide dogs, muzzled and on a lead, are transported in the cabin without
surcharge. The dog's owner must have a document confirming the special
training of the animal. The airline can deny boarding to a passenger who
has not agreed the carriage of animal in advance.
