There are a number of rules you should know when you plan a flight for certain passenger categories.
Flight of pregnant womenRegardless
of your pregnancy stage, we recommend that you consult your doctor
before the flight. Women in their 36th week of pregnancy and more, must
show a medical certificate confirming the safety of their flight. The
certificate must be issued no later than 7 days before departure.
Flight of passengers with special needsBoarding
of passengers with special needs and their carers is arranged before
the boarding of other passengers. Upon alighting, they are the last to
leave the aircraft. Upon check-in, the wheelchair may be included in the
baggage; it is also possible to use the wheelchair offered by the
airline during boarding and alighting.
The passengers with guide
dogs can transport the dog in the cabin without surcharge. During
flight, the dog must be muzzled, on a lead, and stay by the seat of the
passenger. It is necessary to have a certificate confirming the special
training of the guide dog.
