If the airline company has canceled one or more flights from your
itinerary, we will send you an email and offer the alternative flight
(if available).
You must make choice: either accept the alternative flight or cancel the trip.
In
the event of trip cancellation, a full ticket refund is made (except
payment system markup) for all unused segments if it is allowed by rules
of the airline company.
To confirm your acceptance of the alternative flight, log into “My Account”–“Flight
Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Change of Date/Route.” The
alternative flight will be displayed on the page. If you accept it,
press “Confirm.” We will send the updated itinerary receipt to your
email.
To cancel the trip, log into “My Account”–“Flight Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Refund Request” and apply refund request.
