If the changes in flight duration or departure/arrival terminal make
connection impossible, we send you email about the changes and offer (if
available) an alternative flight or a flight offered by the airline.
You must choose: either accept the alternative flight or cancel the
trip.
In the event of trip cancellation, the full ticket
refund is made (except payment system markup) for all the canceled
segments if it is allowed by rules of the airline company.To confirm your acceptance of the flight change, log into “My Account”–“Flight
Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Change of Date/Route.” The new
alternative flight will be displayed on the page. If you accept it,
press “Confirm.” We will send the updated itinerary receipt to your
email.
To cancel the trip, log into “My Account”–“Flight Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Refund request” and apply for refund.
