For flights to the USA and China, the airline companies have to provide additional information on their passengers to the governments of the countries.
That is why we request scans of the required documents from our users for the above-listed destinations.
Upon booking, our Customer Support Team will send you an email with the list of information to be additionally entered in your booking.
How to add visa and other information to the booking?
To add visa information to your booking, go to "My Account" – "Airline Tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Add Visa Details."
When traveling to to/out of the USA, please provide:- Visa details (visa number, city of issue, date of issue, country where the visa is valid).
- Green Card information (if applicable).
- Passport information.
- Current address in the USA, temporary address in the USA, the first address you'll be staying at in the country (street, house and appartment number, city, state, zip code).
If you purchased a one-way ticket to the USA, you need to provide the following details: Green Card information or information on the return ticket purchased earlier; details about another type of US visa; your current address in the USA.
When traveling to China, please provide:- Visa details (visa number, city of issue, date of issue).
- The passenger's place of birth.
- The address you'll be staying at in the destination country (street, house and appartment number, city, postal code).
If you are traveling to Tibet, you will also need a special permission to enter the region, which you must obtain in advance in the Embassy of the People's Republic of China.
For transit flights through some countries, you must have a transit (or other) visa of the respective country. For more details, please contact the visa centers of the corresponding countries.
Please note!- Please enter the required information no later than 72 hours before departure. If you are booking a ticket less than 72 hours before departure, please provide your details to the Customer Support agent.
- If you do not know the required information before the flight, the check-in and passport control may be problematic or impossible.
- If we cannot issue your ticket without mandatory additional information, we will contact you. If you refuse to provide the additional information, your booking will be canceled. The refund will be processed in accordance with the fare rules.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of crossing the border and correct information provided in the visa and other documents. The expiry date of your passport must comply with the requirements of the destination countries.
