Usually changes of passenger information are allowed only for
correction of passenger details (misspellings of first and last names,
date of birth, and gender). Airline companies permit full change of
passenger information from one passenger to another only in special
circumstances.How to apply for change of passenger information?
- Log into “My Account”–“Flight
Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Change of Passenger Information”.
Then from the dropdown menu choose "Personal details".
- Enter the correct details in the corresponding fields (first and last names/gender/date of birth)
- Press “Send Request”
- When you receive the calculation, pay the cost of changes.
The request must be negotiated with the airline, so it is processed from 72 hours to 2 weeks.
The
changes can be allowed with or without additional payment or not
allowed altogether. The information about the conditions of changes and
the amount of surcharge will be sent to the customer's email.
When you receive the calculation at your email, please log into “My Account”–“Flight Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Change of Passenger Information” – "Personal details" and pay the cost of changes.
The payment should be made by the date and time specified in the email.
The changes will be made after payment confirmation. The notification on changes will be sent to the customer's email.
