To change passenger's passport details, please:
- Log into the site and enter "My account"–"My
orders"–"Airline tickets"–"Booking #"–"Edit order"–"Change passenger
information". Then choose "Passport details" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the correct passenger information in the corresponding fields.
- Leave a comment for our Customer Support if your wish to attach additional information to your request.
- Click on “Submit Request.”
The request will be processed within 72 hours. We will let you know of the results via email.
If
the fare rules and flight route provide for changes in passenger's
passport details, the changes will entered in the system and available
to the airport and airline staff.
Pay attention! In case
the changes are possible with additional payment, the information with
changing conditions and surcharge amount will be sent to the customer's
email.
