In order to refund an electronic ticket and a ticket with delayed printing:
- Log into “My Account”.
- Choose “Ticket Refund” option.
- For an e-ticket – indicate passengers for ticket cancellation.
- For a ticket with delayed printing — order will be cancelled completely.
- Press “Calculate Refund Amount” button*.
- Confirm ticket cancellation.
In
order to return a ticket at the railway box office, present an ID
document of the passenger (passport, military identification card,
driver’s license, student ID card, membership ID card) to the cashier.
The cashier will tell you the refund amount for the returned ticket*.
If you exchanged an e-ticket or an e-voucher for a paper one, a ticket refund is made at a booking office personally.
*Refund
amount of a train ticket is calculated with the provision of fines
defined by railway company according to the Refund Rules of
Ukrzaliznytsia.
