If you made a "Direct Payment to the Airline" and it was rejected with
"Error. Insufficient Funds," you may repeat your payment attempt. You
must credit your card or contact the bank's Customer Support for
cancellation of limits.
To repeat payment attempt,
- Log into "My Account"–"Flight Tickets"–"Booking #"–"Edit order"–"I Have Funded My Card and Want to Pay for the Booking."
- Press "I Have Funded My Card."
Please note!- By pressing "Confirm," you confirm that you have funded/unlimited your card and agree to the repeat charging attempt.
- Airline
companies have right, on their own discretion and before issuing the
ticket, without prior notification of the agencies and clients, to
change the ticket price or cancel unpaid booking. Thus, there may be no
possibility to rebook the tickets at the same price. Our company is not
responsible for actions of the airline. If it is impossible to issue a
ticket, an agent of the Customer Support will let you know thereof.
